The University of Alberta has over 450 unique, student-run organizations and clubs. With so much variety, there’s something for everyone!

BearsDen

To make it easy for you to find your next adventure, we maintain BearsDen, an online portal to student involvement at UAlberta. Login with your CCID, tell us what you’re interested in, and start connecting with student groups!

Clubs Fair

Another way to get involved with a club is during the Clubs Fair! Each year, Fall Clubs Fair takes place over on the Main Quad during Week of Welcome It showcases many of the student groups on our campus and provides you with the opportunity to learn more about the opportunities available with each student group. Clubs Fair also runs in SUB during the first week of winter semester.

Engineering Project Groups

The Faculty of Engineering oversees a wide variety of project groups. Joining clubs, project teams, and competitions helps you learn to work in groups, develop leadership skills, and allows you to learn from other students.

Looking for ways to stay active? Consider a Club Sport! The Campus & Community Recreation Club Sports Programs act to build, sustain, and serve the most compelling and inclusive university community imaginable by recognizing the value of physical activity as a vehicle for creating lifelong leadership skill, citizenship, and social development foundations for University of Alberta students.
