Why Sell Your Tickets at InfoLink?

Here are some reasons why you should consider selling your tickets with us:

  • InfoLink staff are trained to administer ticket sales in a professional and accurate manner

  • InfoLink has a number of locations on the University’s North Campus

  • The only things that you will need to provide after your application and our meeting, are your tickets and promotional materials.

  • We send you a cheque once ticket sales are complete.

  • InfoLink provides this service to registered student groups free of charge!

InfoLink completes the logistical and administrative aspects that might burden groups when conducting sales on their own (such as finding locations, table booking, staffing tables, and cash floats).

Requirements to Start Selling at InfoLink

  1. Registered student groups must have their event approved by the Student Event Risk Management Coordinator before arranging ticket sales through InfoLink.

  1. Your InfoLink application must be submitted a minimum of 5 business days before the requested start of ticket sales to be considered for ticket distribution.

Additional Important Information Regarding Ticket Sales:

  • Groups will not be permitted to independently sell tickets in any building that houses an InfoLink booth already selling their tickets (SUB, CAB, Student Life Central, InfoLink ONEcard Service Centre, International Services Centre).

  • Unsold tickets may not be collected from InfoLink until two business days following the event. Tickets that remain in InfoLink’s possession one week following the conclusion of sales will be destroyed.

  • Ticket sales counts can be provided each Monday at the request of the student group. Mid-week sales numbers will not be provided.

  • InfoLink’s logo must be included on any promotional material, including online and website promotions.

  • Registered student groups will receive this service free of charge. Non-registered groups and University affiliated groups will be charged a small commission fee based on the price of their event tickets.
