Description:

We are looking for volunteer presenters to go into elementary schools and deliver educational presentations to grades 5 and 6 students. Volunteers help to raise awareness about skin cancer and give students the tools they need to stay safe in the sun. Presentations materials are provided.


Qualifications:

Volunteer Requirements
- Ability to commit an average of 2 hours per presentation
- Have morning and early afternoon availability (you will have the ability to choose your own schedule)
- Some public speaking experience is preferred
- Access to a vehicle is highly recommended but not a must
- A friendly, approachable and sociable personality is a MUST
- Punctuality and reliability


Training:

We provide volunteers with a 1-hour training session on how to deliver the presentations. Plus the ongoing support of our educational team.
