What organizations are in place to facilitate efficient student advocacy? Join staff from the Council of Alberta University Students (CAUS) as they explain Advocacy 101 and effective advocacy. Not only will you hear about CAUS, and other provincial and federal student advocacy bodies, but this will be an opportunity to learn the basics about effective advocacy to government bodies and how you can advocate on behalf of issues that are important you as a person, or as a student. The session will be followed by a ‘Q&A;’ in which students can ask staff more about CAUS’ work as an student-led advocacy organization.
