Step 1: Stay informed and attend events
The easiest way to be involved is to simply stay informed of what is happening in the community. Read the newspaper and subscribe to news letters, follow different organizations on social media, and read emails that you receive to your UAlberta GMail.
There are so many different events on campus that you can simply drop into. From parties to guest lectures, workshops to performances, you can find a wide range of activities to attend that suit your interests which require no long term commitment.
