Appeals

• You may request a review of your loan assessment provided that you have not already received the maximum amount of loan for the current academic year and/or for your program.
• To start the review process, students studying at an institution outside of Ontario must write a letter to the Student Support Branch.
• The appeal must describe your situation in detail and explain why you are making the appeal. You must include copies of documentation supporting the claims you make in your appeal.
• The deadline date for submission of a review and supporting documentation to the ministry is 8 weeks before the end of your study period.
