Appeals

Appeals must be submitted in writing. A review may be requested if:

  • Your circumstances have changed or prior information was incorrect.
  • You believe an error was made during the processing of your loan.
  • You have extraordinary circumstances that were not addressed in the first assessment.
  • You did not pass the provincial credit check.

You must apply within 30 days of the date given on the notification letter, or 4 weeks before your period of study end date.
