Frequently Asked Questions
How do I apply?
- You can apply online at BC Student Financial Aid.
- If you need a paper application, please contact BC Student Financial Aid to request one by mail.
- Note: Students who are attending an institution outside BC, other than the University of Alberta, must fill out a paper application to apply for student loans.
Where can I get an Appendix 3 form completed?
Undergraduate students:
- If you are in Edmonton and apply on paper, you can take the Appendix 3 to the Student Access Centre, on the first floor of the administration building.
- If you are not in Edmonton and apply on paper, you can mail it to the Registrar's Office (address below) along with a letter stating your name, student ID number and what you would like them to do (ie. fill out the Appendix 3 form and mail it back to you). Make sure you sign the letter and it would be helpful to include a stamped, self-addressed envelope to reduce the possibility of having problems getting it back.
