Week of Welcome

There's no better way to test the University's waters—or dive back in—than the Students' Union's annual Week of Welcome!

Week of Welcome events run during the first week of school, with a little of something for everyone, from Clubs Fair to the Hypnotist show and, of course, pancake breakfasts and beer gardens!

Each September and January, Student Group Services hosts Clubs Fair. As part of Week of Welcome and Orientation, September Clubs Fair is a large event that showcases the many groups on campus. With over 150 participants, it is highly anticipated by student groups and a great way to promote your group. This September, Clubs Fair will be held from September 5-9.

The Orientation program runs over two days and includes peer advice presentations, a campus tour, your chosen conference sessions, and a chance for new students to meet and interact with close to 7,000 new students on campus. Orientation runs on September 5 & 6.

Volunteer with Week of Welcome!

Week of Welcome relies on volunteers. To create the best experience for all students coming back to campus, we need people to come out and help us make all events happen.
