President's Address

Orientation is pleased to include our capstone event, Presidents' Address, at the end of Orientation. This event brings together the thousands of new University of Alberta students attending Orientation.

At Presidents' Address, students will have the opportunity to hear from prominent university figures such as the President of the University of Alberta, the President of the University of Alberta Students' Union, the President of the University of Alberta Alumni Association, and other prominent community members.

Presidents’ Address in one form or another has been a University tradition for many decades and has helped thousands of students foster their faculty and school pride before they begin their university career at the University of Alberta.

Students who attend the Presidents’ Address will be introduced to some of what the University Culture has to offer them. Students will also receive a free t-shirt from the alumni association and be entered for the chance to win some amazing prizes. If you want to experience one of the largest school pride events all year, make sure to come out to Presidents’ Address during Orientation! Presidents' Address is not to be missed!
