L’Express offers a wide range of food service equipment for rent or loan if you are registered with Student Group Services.

BBQ Rentals

L'Express has 3 Propane Barbecues available for rent. They must be booked in advance and picked up at L'Express between 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. or after 1:30 p.m. Return time is after 1:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on the day of the rental. Each barbecue comes equipped with propane, tongs, spatula and fire extinguisher. Propane is NOT allowed inside any building on campus.

There is a rental fee of $30.00 and a $25.00 deposit required for each barbecue. The deposit is retuned when the barbecue and tools are returned to L'Express clean. Before barbecues can be rented permission must be approved by University Facilities Management, Buildings & Grounds Services.

You must also contact Alberta Health Services for a food permit.
