Sponsorship and Advertising

Campus Events and Sponsorship

The Students' Union's sponsorship program gives organizations the opportunity to be part of campus events in a way that not only benefits the business but also benefits the Students' Union. Marketing and Communications works to generate sponsorship for a variety of annual initiatives like Week of Welcome, Orientation, the Kids Christmas Party, Antifreeze, and similar events and activities. For more details, or if you simply have a question, just click on the email link on the right and our Sponsorship Manager will get right back to you.

The key event at the start of each year is Week of Welcome, or WOW, when we welcome close to 30,000 new and returning students back to campus. Viewed as a major sponsorship opportunity by many organizations, we offer different levels of participation to meet almost any budget.

Clicking on the Sponsorship link on the right will take you to an interactive form that lets you explore the different ways you can sponsor the Week of Welcome. Filling out and submitting the form does not commit you in any way, though we will contact you to continue the discussion!

Advertising Opportunities

Advertising opportunities include our growing digital signage network of digital displays (known as SUTV), and the Student Handbook.

In the case of the Student Handbook, the advertising opportunities offset the cost of printing so that we can distribute the Handbook free to undergraduates. Revenue from SUTV - with close to 100 screens across campus - go toward general student programming, and help to expand the network.
